It was such an intimate and pure wedding ceremony that I truly adore.

Till here then,
It’s almost every bride’s dream to have that fairytale wedding. Abigail and Delwin wanted this once in a lifetime dream to come true at the unique curvature hall at JW Marriott South Beach Hotel. They imagined it to be a beauty and the beast theme. I shot this lovebirds pre-wedding and I knew Delwin would do everything just to make Abigail happy, even to the extent that he does not mind being the ‘beast’ while Abigail being the ‘beauty’ for this wedding theme.
Here are some shots that made this wedding stood out from the rest we ever did.
This is where magic happens. Abigail wanted a Disney themed, Beauty and the Beast adaptation.
My oh my, New Zealand is seriously too amazing for me to handle. This was my first time heading to New Zealand but we nailed it immediately with such breathe taking scenic drives and delicious food. Although the plane duration is equivalent to head London, but the views is incomparable.
We explored the north and south islands of New Zealand. I have to say that the south New Zealand is really breathtaking.
Nevertheless, let me show what north New Zealand has to offer.
I realised that the light in South New Zealand is much more vivid and the scenery is definitely phenomally out of the world.
New Zealand has left a strong imprint in my heart. I will never forget the amazing salmon sashimi at Lake Pukaki and the long hike at Hooker Valley. I mean, I don’t see any other photographers doing the same as us in taking a 3 hour hike. That’s uniquely Multifolds.
Seoul is such an amazing place with this current K Pop vibes yet holding dearly to it’s traditional architectures. I’ve been to Seoul for many times and I told myself that I have to shoot differently. I have to rethink and reorganise my Seoul lovescapade to constantly stay relevant and fresh. I think I did it but most importantly, Swee Hock and Candace have to like it and I’m glad they entrusted me to shoot different in Seoul with new style and drones included!
We decided to go during Autumn as it makes the whole place golden and magical.
The autumn shots was taken at Naejangsan. That place brings so much korean drama vibes as we explored further down on this mountainous areas.
Ever seen flowers that glow? This is the place we can reminisce with the song by Coldplay – Everglow
We found an abandoned theme park for an amazing shoot. The fun and nostalgia is pretty strong.
It was very liberating for me to outdo myself for this Seoul Lovescapade. Till here then and we are open for Seoul lovescapade next year!
Ha Linh and Junwei were really fast thinkers. They know exactly what they wanted, who to chose and which venue to best depict their personality.
It was a small intimate event but with big big hearts from family and friends at Raffles Hotel and Halia.
Here are some of the amazing evening we spent capturing with my intern, Nik.
I will never forget this super duper loveable couple where they brought me to 2 countries, one in Japan and another in Australia to have the best moments in my life.
Here is the Australia edition first as we travelled from Melbourne to Tasmania to have the shots taken.
Esther is pretty visual person I ever met. She’s really good at knowing what she wants for her shoot which makes my life pretty much easier too! As much as possible, I love to shoot more engagement shoots, aka casual shots because it does brings more emotive shots without the hassle of heavy gowns etc. So Esther and Shane had that in mind for their #lovescapade.
We started in Coney Island first, as we wanted to have visuals of a woods, forest approach.
After that, the 2nd location gives a very interesting, Interstellar Cornfield chase look. If you are wondering what that means, it’s the one of the vibe in the movie, Interstellar.
I wanted to inject some laughter and fun vibes too. Since the earlier part of the shoot we were pretty calm, intimate and close.
till the next lovescapade,
This is one of the most memorable weddings I’ve ever captured. Sam and Stephanie’s wedding was filled with such wondrous beauty and joy, and it is for this very reason I find myself watching their wedding video again and again. Before you make a nosedive for the photos, do take some time to check out the amazing video by Multifolds’ resident principal videographer, Rainer!

Japan never ceases to amaze me. It was fall when both Candy T, the couple’s chirpy make-up artist, and I arrived in Japan with QQ and Ee Sin. I had already pictured the beauty of the Japanese autumn in the couple’s #lovescapade when it started to snow. Yes! It was the first time I felt the cold kisses of snowflakes as they gently pelted my cheeks.
The Land of the Rising Sun is not only renowned for its postcard friendly landscapes, it also boosts an array of tantalising treats for both the foodie and shopaholic. The Japanese have also seamlessly merged world-class technology into their everyday lives, turning everything that would have been foreign into something user-friendly.
As Japan started to welcome winter, its breathtaking scenery too got even more amazing. I was drawn to the majestic ice cap of Mount Fuji that stood in full glory in the distance, the serene lakes of Kawaguchiko, and the vibrance of bustling Shinjuku and Shibuya. Japan never stops offering me so much to capture.
As clichéd as this may sound, a picture does speak a thousand words. Here are my favourite shots from QQ and Ee Sin’s #lovescapade in Japan, made even more beautiful with the wonder that is Japan.

Linda and Isaac approached with a concept for their shoot. It is unusual for couples to already have a concept in mind, as they would usually bounce a few ideas with us before finalising both the locations and concepts for their pre-wedding. Linda and Isaac, however, were extremely certain with the concept and location they had in mind: yoga in a studio.
I immediately jumped on the opportunity to help them further this concept. How often would a photographer be presented the chance to incorporate both yoga and a pre-wedding? I took the opportunity and stepped out of my comfort zone to take up this challenge.
