Well well, this is gonna be a highlight for me in 2014 where I get to see Sakura in Japan. Since young, I always got very curious about sakura and why almost everyone gets hyped up with cherry blossoms. Now I know why, it’s ethereal. Both Ines and Irjen are from Jakarta, and they flew all the way down to Singapore to meet me and discuss their ideas with me. Honestly, I was pretty stoked about it because they are the first couple who flew specifically to meet me.
So I flew from Singapore to Tokyo in April and they flew from Jakarta! Sometimes internet amazes me on how connected we are even though we are miles apart to meet up with ease.
“Even during winter it keeps it’s beauty, never losing to the cold. A strong flower that waits for the hope of spring.”
Oh yes, we had so much fun doing the Japanese style kind of shoot too. Basically they booked the Konzantei Ubuyu Ryokan that has exceptional great service. Indeed, the great service is also on par with great interiors!
We went up to a nearby hill to take a closer look at Mount Fuji.
Irene really wanted to piggyback here and I insisted that it’s gonna be really fun to shoot! But Ines was very afraid that she might fall! All of us kept laughing but except Ines! Those priceless expressions.
And we’re heading back to Tokyo.
This trip was a memorable one because Ines brought me places that I’ve never seen before visiting Tokyo and it was my first time in Kawaguchiko.
I can’t wait to be back in Japan again twice in April and May! Till then for Japan!
